Features a multi-tab interface for handling different types of customer interactions including menu inquiries, reservation requests, and general questions. Built as a lightweight, deployable demo showcasing conversational AI for the restaurant industry.
The Problem
Restaurants receive repetitive customer inquiries about menus, hours, reservations, and specials. Staff time is consumed answering the same questions instead of focusing on service.
My Approach
Built a multi-tab chatbot interface that handles different interaction types. The chatbot understands menu-related queries, processes reservation requests, and provides intelligent responses to common restaurant questions. Deployed on Vercel for instant demo access.
