Overview
An AI-powered 'Chief of Staff' workflow for overloaded founders. Ingests Gmail threads, extracts tasks with priority scoring (P0-P3), detects revenue-related threads, generates daily action summaries, and drafts replies. Features one-click publishing to Notion and Slack. Designed as a frontend-first demo with optional API backend integration.
The Problem
Founders drown in email. Important tasks, revenue signals, and action items get buried in threads. There's no automated way to triage, prioritize, and route information from email to productivity tools.
My Approach
Built an email ingestion pipeline that parses Gmail threads, uses AI to extract tasks and assign P0-P3 priority scores, detects revenue-relevant threads, and generates daily action summaries. Draft replies are auto-generated. One-click integration publishes tasks to Notion and alerts to Slack.
