Overview
Built and ship-managed an AI-powered go-to-market platform for a construction technology SaaS startup. Three core modules live: a 6-dimension scoring diagnostic with interactive radar charts, a quote builder generating up to 90 personalized recommendations across 54 price points, and a discovery session kickoff with Deepgram audio transcription producing 6 deliverable types (session findings, draft messaging, ICP criteria, GTM roadmap, executive summary, prep brief). Multi-model setup uses Gemini Flash as primary with automatic GPT-5 failover so a model outage does not stall users. Hardened with optimistic locking via revision columns to prevent concurrent-edit conflicts, plus CSP, HSTS, CSRF defense, prompt-injection guards, fail-closed authentication, and sanitized errors.
The Problem
ConTech founders pitching general contractors and developers needed a way to qualify inbound interest, generate personalized quotes, and lead structured discovery sessions without burning founder time on every prospect. Manual diagnostic workflows were inconsistent and took hours per lead.
My Approach
Built a 6-dimension scoring engine that walks prospects through an 8-step diagnostic, generates a branded radar chart, and recommends a tailored quote from a 54-price-point catalog. Discovery session module records, transcribes, and synthesizes 6 deliverable types per call. Multi-model AI with provider failover ensures uptime. Optimistic locking and audit logging support concurrent AE edits without stomping each other.
