Enterprise CRE Trigger-Based Outreach Engine

Designed for an enterprise commercial real estate firm

Overview

Designed a trigger-based outreach framework for an enterprise commercial real estate firm targeting tenant representation engagements. The system monitors lease-renewal dates at 90 / 60 / 30-day windows, tracks LinkedIn job changes for decision makers, surfaces funding rounds via news and Crunchbase signals, and detects expansion-opportunity combinations (recent capital plus near-term lease). Each detected trigger flows into a tiered prospect queue with a recommended outreach angle and a draft white paper aligned to the trigger type, ready for the broker to send.

The Problem

Enterprise CRE tenant rep teams hold hundreds of named accounts but cannot manually monitor lease cycles, leadership transitions, and funding events across all of them. Most outreach defaults to generic blast email rather than something triggered by an actual signal the prospect cares about.

My Approach

Built a multi-source signal detection layer combining Google News (SerpAPI) for funding and expansion stories, LinkedIn Sales Nav for leadership and headcount changes, and a calendar engine for lease-renewal alerts at 90 / 60 / 30 days. Each detected trigger generates a tiered queue entry with a recommended outreach angle (lease, expansion, leadership, growth capital) and a draft white paper anchored to the trigger. Built for enterprise CRE buyers who run named-account discipline rather than spray-and-pray.
