Overview
Built a Power Automate flow triggered from an RSS feed monitoring specific Reddit subreddits. The bot captures all posts where users ask for help with a specific enterprise product, then routes them directly to the sales team's mailbox. This creates automatic inbound leads from people actively seeking help — connecting the team with warm prospects who have expressed a need.
The Problem
The sales team had no way to find people actively asking for help with their product category on social platforms like Reddit. Warm inbound leads were being missed entirely.
My Approach
Created a Power Automate flow triggered by RSS feeds from targeted Reddit subreddits. The flow filters for relevant posts, extracts user information and context, and routes qualified posts directly to the sales team's inbox with formatted summaries. Enables the team to respond quickly to warm prospects.
