Built for a commercial real estate brokerage
Overview
A comprehensive digital transaction platform for a commercial real estate brokerage. Replaced paper-based workflows with a full deal flow portal covering property listings, tenant applications, LOI (Letter of Intent) builder, automatic lease population, DocuSign e-signature integration, and commission invoicing. Reduced subscription costs by over $150/month.
The Problem
The brokerage relied on paper forms, manual document preparation, and multiple disconnected subscriptions to manage deals. The process was slow, error-prone, and expensive.
My Approach
Built a 5-phase deal flow portal from scratch. Phase 1: property listings and tenant applications. Phase 2: LOI builder with auto-population. Phase 3: lease document generation. Phase 4: DocuSign integration for e-signatures. Phase 5: commission tracking and invoicing. All connected through a unified Supabase backend with RLS.
