Overview
Built an internal Python-based Playwright automation to check which enterprise clients were eligible for a specific incentive program. The automation processed over 5000 clients over 3 days with zero human interaction required. Completely eliminated what would have been over 100 hours of manual lookup work.
The Problem
Checking thousands of clients for eligibility in an incentive program required manual lookup for each one — a process that would take over 100 hours of human work.
My Approach
Built a headless Playwright automation in Python that programmatically navigated the eligibility checking system for each of 5000+ clients. The bot ran autonomously over 3 days, handling pagination, rate limiting, and error recovery. Results were exported in a structured format for the business team.
